"Dirty Parents"

In a news release last month, The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), in conjunction with local, state and federal agencies, arrested four men as part of an undercover operation created to arrest Internet predators.

In October, “Operation Travelin’ Man”, began after the collaborating agencies assembled a plan for identifying predators or "dirty parents" in online chat rooms.

"Dirty parents", a disturbing new trend, are adults who allow predators to engage in sex with their underage children.  One law enforcement official believes some "dirty parents" are fathers who molest their own children and seek to "swap" with other men for new victims.
