Derek Klein, church treasurer and self-employeed accountant, stole £70,000 (over $141,000 US) over a 20 year period, from two Norfolk UK area churches.  Klein and his wife Rosemary, reportedly used the money to feed his Internet addiction to gambling and stamp collecting.

Klein had previously been well regarded in his community.

Klein, 53, was sent to jail for 16 months.  He has raised £15,000 ($30,000) thus far, in restitution and intends to pay back the entire sum.
