34 College Students Disciplines for Electronic Bullying

Posted on Friday, February 1, 2008 at 05:54AM by Registered CommenterInternet Safety Educator | Comments2 Comments

34 University of Manitoba students have been disciplined for cyberbullying.

John Danakis, spokesman for the university, said the students were involved in bullying another student that occurred in 2007, on Facebook.

Danakis would not elaborate further other than the sanctions included an educational component, and are in accordance with the University's Respectful Work and Learning Environment policy and the student discipline by-law.

Congratulations! You must have done a lot of working promoting your site to get there.

Nice to see that they finally picked winners. I thought that site was just going to drag it on forever or until they stopped making payments to their web host. :)

What do you think of Entrecard? May be less work than the blog contest site. I've got it on my site, giving it a try.
